Per principal. Minimum 2 principals – Buyer and Seller, and / or their representatives. TMS required on every transaction. Unlimited number of monthly transactions.
TMS fees charged when Purchase Order generated, as follows:
400 on transactions up to 100,000 in value.
2,000 on transactions between 100,001 and 500,000.
4,000 on transactions between 500,001 and 1,000,000.
Pro rata on transactions greater than 1,000,000 in value.
TME costs an additional 1,000 per transaction, as needed.
